Dave- 14+ years of experience as a personal trainer. Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science, Texas State University ~ C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)
While attending Texas State University in 1993 Dave began training clients at The Body Works in San Marcos Texas. Now, 14 years later he continues to utilize his genuine personality and professional knowledge in order to successfully assist his clients with their health and fitness goals. Over the years Dave has worked with a wide variety of clientele, ranging from youth athletes, marathon runners, triathletes, bodybuilders and to those just looking to trim down and live a healthier lifestyle. In order to achieve optimal health he stresses the consistent balance of proper nutrition combined with a realistic exercise program. No matter what condition you are in, or what goals you may have set for yourself, Dave possesses the skills and expertise necessary to take you and your body to the next level!
Daves Hobbies: In his spare time Dave enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters Payton (13), Skylar (5) and Kendall (few months)! He has been a competitive bodybuilder since 1999 and began competing in triathlons in 2005. He also enjoys playing basketball, golf and fast pitch baseball. To relax Dave enjoys reading, detailing cars and taking the occasional cat nap!

Nicole- 10 years of experience as a personal trainer. Bachelor of Exercise Science, Iowa State University ~ NASM Certifed Personal Trainer.
Nicole's laughter and easygoing personality help to ease a client into a workout session, and as she gets to know each client, she progresses and drives the client depending on his/her personality. Everyone is motivated by something different. Nicole finds what motivates you, and uses that to help you achieve a great workout.
Nicole also motivates by encouraging clients to lead a balanced lifestyle, that can illustrate for them the benefits of exercise in all aspects of their lives. By providing an example of fitness, strength, and mental well-being, Nicole can show you the impact exercise has on her life, and encourage you to work towards goals of your own.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time at the lake, and laughing and joking with her husband and children. Nicole loves to play team sports, but they have taken a back seat to weight training and sprints as she spends a lot of her time training and preparing her mind and body for Figure Competitions.
