We also do Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing with The Body Gem. This test adds another dimension to your already customized exercise program by assisting you with your specific dietary requirements. The results of the test essentially takes away all of the "guesswork" as to how much you should eat on a daily basis to achieve your fitness goals.
We are a full service facility neatly packaged in a private upscale setting, with no pressure, intimidation or hassles of the "big box" clubs. Shower/Private Bathroom available.
