Steel Pulse's Group Classes are a combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise combined for 50 minutes of fun, yet intense workout!
Group size ranges from a minimum of 4 to max of 6 participants. This small group setting allows for plenty of attention from the trainer at a fraction of the cost of one on one personal training. Join with your friends, or join a group to make new friends!!
**Pre-registration is required. Steel Pulse has the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum of 4 participants.
